PATS
The Performance Analysis of Telecommunication Systems (PATS) research group is part of the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science of the University of Antwerp. The group was founded in 1995. PATS performs basic, applied and contract research related to the performance analysis of telecommunication systems and the impact of performance on the architecture and the design of these systems.

New England Patriots
The New England Patriots, nicknamed the "Pats" by sports writers and fans, are a professional American football team based in FoxboroughMassachusetts. The team is part of the Eastern Division of the American Football Conference (AFC) in the National Football League (NFL). The owners changed the name from the original Boston Patriots after relocating the team to Foxborough in 1971.
