1921).Rond 1919 nam Sopwith
ABC in Kingston-on-Thames over. Sopwith was een luchtvaartpionier die ook motorfietsen met een 318 cc
Dalm-
tweetakt, een 293 cc
JAP-
zijklepper of een 499 cc
Blackburne-zijklepper bouwde. De machines werden echter bij
Excelsior in Birmingham gebouwd. Latere modellen van Pearson & Sopwith heetten kortweg P&S. Zie ook
