Oppland
is a county in Norway, bordering Sør-Trøndelag, Møre og Romsdal, Sogn og Fjordane, Buskerud, Akershus, Oslo and Hedmark. The county administration is in Lillehammer. Oppland is, together with Hedmark, one of the only two landlocked counties of Norway.

Oppland to jeden z 19 okręgów, na które podzielona jest Norwegia. Graniczy z regionami Sør-Trøndelag, Møre og Romsdal, Sogn og Fjordane, Buskerud, Akershus, Oslo i Hedmark.

Administracyjnym centrum okręgu jest miasto Lillehammer. Powierzchnia Oppland to 25 192 km², zamieszkuje go 183 690 osób (2004).

Największe miasta to: Lillehammer, Gjøvik i Otta. Na terenie okręgu znajdują się też dwie najwyższe góry Norwegii: Galdhøpiggen (2469 m n.p.m.) i Glittertind (2452 m n.p.m.).
