Operating Property and Equipment

Owned assets including capital leases and leaseholds which are used and useful to the air carrier's central business activity, excluding those assets held for resale, or inoperative or redundant to the air carrier's current operations. These assets include loans and units of tangible property and equipment that are used in air transportation services and services incidental thereto. (BTS4)
