O.H.M.S. (On Her Majesty's Service) is an endorsement commonly seen on official correspondence from government departments in Commonwealth Realms.In Canada, you may write O.H.M.S on an envelope instead of using postage stamps for any letters being sent to the House of Commons or to any member of the Canadian Parliament.Many of the govenours rely on this information to make sure nothing dangerous is inside letters. They can trace the ink and find out what is inside.

Wolfgang Oehms
Wolfgang Oehms (* 1932 in Saffig) ist ein deutscher Organist.Oehms studierte Kirchenmusik an der Musikhochschule Köln. 1957 legte er dort sein Konzertexamen ab. Von 1957 bis 1959 amtierte er an der Stiftskirche in Bonn. 1959 wurde er zum  Domorganisten nach Trier berufen, wo er bis 1993 wirkte. Er lehrte als Dozent an der Bischöflichen Kirchenmusikschule in Trier und an der Musikhochschule in Saarbrücken. Ab 1969 versah er auch das Amt des Orgelsachverständigen. Oehms konzertierte in FrankreichIsraelSüdafrikaJapanThailandSri LankaSingapurHongkong, auf den Philippinen und in den USA.

Ohm
O ohm é a unidade de medida da resistência elétrica, padronizada pelo SI (Sistema Internacional de Unidades). Corresponde à relação entre a tensão de um volt e uma corrente de um ampère sobre um elemento, seja ele um condutor ou isolante. Ou melhor, um resistor que tenha uma resistência elétrica de 1 ohm, causará uma queda de tensão de 1 volt a cada 1 ampère de corrente que passar por ele. O ohm é simbolizado pela letra grega ômega maiúsculo (O) e seus múltiplos mais usados são o quilo-ohm (kO) = 1.000 O; e o megaohm ou "megohm" (MO) = 1.000.000 O.
