revised or new significant technical information,
flight crew procedures or limitations changes required to conduct safe flight
Two categories of OEBs
White OEB, issued as a standard communication tool
Red OEB, issued to highlight a significant impact on safe aircraft operation
Temporary Revision of QRH and of AFM issued in parallel
Associated with an Airworthiness Directive
Content (similar to FOT)
Only sent to operators affected by the OEB
issued on a temporary basis and cancelled by embodiment of a modification Service Bulletin
