The Civic Democratic Party (Czech: Občanská demokratická strana - abbreviation: ODS) is the largest right-wing political party in the Czech Republic. In its public statements, it typically mixes eurosceptic and market liberal rhetoric, although it is often viewed as more moderate on both issues in actual policies.

The OpenDocument format (ODF, ISO/IEC 26300, full name: OASIS Open Document Format for Office Applications) is a file format for electronic office documents, such as spreadsheets, charts, presentations and word processing documents.The standard was developed by the Open Office XML technical committee of the Organization for the Advancement of Structured Information Standards (OASIS) consortium and based on the XML format originally created and implemented by the OpenOffice.org office suite (see OpenOffice.org XML). As well as an OASIS Standard, it is a published ISO and IEC International Standard, ISO/IEC 26300:2006. The OpenDocument standard meets the common definitions of an open standard, meaning the specification is freely available and implementable.

Die Demokratische Bürgerpartei (tschechisch: Obcanská demokratická strana, []; abgekürzt ODS) ist zur Zeit (2006) vor der CSSD die stärkste politische Partei in der Abgeordnetenkammer der Tschechischen Republik. Im Senat ist sie zur Zeit (2006) die stärkste Partei (37 von 81 Stimmen). Nach der Mitgliederzahl ist sie die drittgrößte Partei (nach KSCM und KDU-CSL). Der bedeutendste Repräsentant der Partei war (ist) der amtierende Präsident und frühere Regierungschef und Finanzminister (der Tschechoslowakei) Václav Klaus.

Obywatelska Partia Demokratyczna (cz. Občanská demokratická strana lub ODS) – najsilniejsza prawicowa konserwatywna partia polityczna w Republice Czeskiej. W sprawach gospodarczych prezentują postawy wolnorynkowe i liberalne są np. zwolennikami podatku liniowego.ODS założona została w kwietniu 1991 po rozpadzie Forum Obywatelskiego (Občanské fórum, OF) na mniejszościowy lewicowy Ruch Obywatelski (Občanské hnutí, OH) i większościowe prawicowe ODS przez Václava Klausa. W latach 1993-1997 była partią rządzącą, następnie w opozycji. Założycielem i do roku 2002 liderem partii był Václav Klaus. Obecnie przewodniczącym jest Mirek Topolánek.
