North District, or Northern District (
Hebrew: מחוז הצפון, mehoz hatzafon), is one of
six administrative districts in
Israel, with a land area of 3,324 km². (3,484 land and water), as well as 1,154 km² in the
Golan Heights, bringing the total land area to 4,478 km². (4,638 total). The district capital and largest city is
Nazareth.
