For nights when DJs or radio stations play continuous disco music, see Night Fever (concept)"Night Fever", is a song that was written and performed by The Bee Gees that was on the soundtrack to Saturday Night Fever that came from the trio, and the album's third hit single (after "How Deep Is Your Love" and "Stayin' Alive"). In the United States, "Night Fever" was the latest in a string of number-one hits for the trio; in the United Kingdom, it was their first chart-topper in nearly ten years.
