New Delhi is the capital city of India. As the national capital, New Delhi is the seat of executive, legislative, and judiciary branches of the Government of India. It also serves as the centre of the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi. New Delhi is situated within the metropolis of Delhi and is one of the nine districts of Delhi Union Territory.

Neu-Delhi (Hindi: , ; Englisch: New Delhi) ist mit 234.000 Einwohnern ein zentraler Teil der Hauptstadt Indiens Delhi, welche in der Agglomeration 18.639.762 Einwohnern hat (Stand 1. Januar 2009) und das ganze Unionsterritorium Delhi umfasst. In Neu-Delhi haben Präsident, Parlament, Regierung und Oberstes Gericht ihren Sitz.

New Delhi (Hindi: नई दिल्ली, Ourdou: دہلی ou دلّی ) est la capitale de l'Inde, sur la Yamuna. Elle comptait près de 322 000 habitants en 2006 . Elle est une des trois municipalités (avec Delhi et Delhi Cantonment) du National Capital Territory of Delhi (Territoire capital national de Delhi) dont la population est estimée à plus de 17 millions d'habitants en 2008, ce qui en fait la deuxième agglomération du pays après Mumbai et avant Kolkatta.

New Delhi (hindi: नई दिल्ली, punjabi: ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ, urdu: نئی دلی) är Indiens officiella huvudstad och den administrativa huvudorten för unionsterritoriet National Capital Territory of Delhi. Trots sin betydelse är det en relativt liten stad, och är en förort till den betydligt större staden Delhi. New Delhi är även huvudorten för ett distrikt med samma namn som staden. Staden, New Delhi Municipal Council, hade 302 363 invånare vid folkräkningen 2001, och omfattar delar av distrikten New Delhi, Central, South och South West.

Nowe Delhi (hindi नई दिल्ली, ang. New Delhi) – miasto, które jest obecną stolicą Indii. Znajduje się ono w Delhi – jednostce administracyjnej mającej status narodowego terytorium stołecznego (national capital territory). Nowe Delhi, choć pod względem administracyjnym jest osobnym miastem, nie stanowi wydzielonego organizmu miejskiego, lecz łączy się z sąsiednimi dzielnicami Delhi, stanowiąc jakby kolejną dzielnicę tego miasta.
