Nederlandse Taalunie

The Nederlandse Taalunie (NTU, "Dutch Language Union") is an international institution for discussing issues relating to the Dutch language. It was founded on 9 September 1980 by the Netherlands and Belgium (in respect of the Flemish Community). Suriname has been an associate member of the Taalunie since 2005. The Treaty on the Dutch Language Union foresees the possibility that the Kingdom of the Netherlands extends application to this NTU member's parts outside Europe (i.e. the Netherlands Antilles and Aruba) but this has not happened. The organs of the NTU are its Committee of Ministers (composed of the ministers of education and culture of the Dutch and Flemish Governments), its Secretariat-General, an Interparliamentary Committee (composed of members of the States-General of the Netherlands and the Flemish Parliament) and a Dutch Language and Literature Council (composed of twelve independent experts). There are specific arrangements for the participation of Suriname in the organization's organs.

L'Union de la langue néerlandaise (en néerlandais : Nederlandse Taalunie) est une institution créée pour discuter des questions relatives à la langue néerlandaise entre ses trois membres : les Pays-Bas, la Flandre et le Suriname. L'organisation fut fondée en 1980. Un projet important de l'Union est la modification de l'orthographe néerlandaise en 1995.

Die Niederländische Sprachunion (Niederländisch: Nederlandse Taalunie) ist eine internationale amtliche Organisation der Niederlande, Flanderns (Belgien) und Surinames, die sich mit der niederländischen Sprache, dem Sprachunterricht und der Literatur beschäftigt.Die Sprachunion wurde 1980 von den Niederlanden und Belgien gegründet. Seit 2005 ist auch Suriname Mitglied. Ihre Zielsetzung ist die Integration der niederländischsprachigen Gemeinschaft auf Sprach- und Literaturebene im weitesten Sinne.Eine wichtige Aufgabe der Sprachunion ist die Festlegung der offiziellen Rechtschreibung. Sie publiziert dazu die Woordenlijst Nederlandse Taal (Wörterverzeichnis Niederländische Sprache), häufig das Groene Boekje (dt.: Grünes Büchlein) genannt. Die Organisation beschäftigt sich auch mit der Unterstützung des Sprachunterrichts in den drei Ländern und im Ausland. Im Bereich Literatur kann das Verleihen des Prijs der Nederlandse Letteren (Preis der Niederländischen Literatur) genannt werden.

De Nederlandse Taalunie is na de ondertekening van het Taalunieverdrag in 1980, opgericht door de overheid van Nederland en van Vlaanderen (België) ten behoeve van een gemeenschappelijk beleid op het gebied van de taal, het onderwijs in het Nederlands en de taalgebonden cultuur. Sinds 12 januari 2005 is Suriname het derde lid van de Unie.

La Unión de la Lengua Neerlandesa (neerlandés: Nederlandse Taalunie) es la entidad encargada de la protección y promoción de la lengua neerlandesa, hablada en los Países Bajos, la región de Flandes (Bélgica) y Surinam. Los mencionados Estados, mediante la Taalunie (nombre de la ULN en neerlandés), han estado trabajando juntos en las políticas lingüísticas y en la enseñanza del idioma y de su literatura.
