Naenia
In Roman mythology, Naenia (or Libitina) was the goddess of funerals. An ancient underworld deity linked to Proserpina. A coin had to be taken to her temple on behalf of each person who died. Funerals were arranged by libitinarii.Naenia is also the name of a song by New York metal band It Dies Today.
