Der nominativus cum infinitivo (lat. = Nominativ mit Infinitiv, auch NcI) ist eine syntaktische Erscheinung der lateinischen Sprache mit gewissen Ähnlichkeiten zum AcI. Der NcI tritt bei bestimmten passivischen Verben auf. Dabei ist die Nominalphrase im Nominativ das Subjekt des ganzen Satzes (Matrixsatzes); das Verb kongruiert daher mit ihm in Person und Numerus. Das Subjekt des eingebetteten Satzes ist mit dem des Matrixsatzes koreferent, wird aber nicht ausgedrückt.

De Nominativus cum Infinitivo, is een grammaticale constructie in het Latijn, deze wordt echter veel minder gebruikt dan de Accusativus cum infinitivo. De Nominativus wordt vaak afgekort tot N.c.I. Ook in het Nederlands kan men een N.c.I. constructie maken, de uitwerking komt vaak echter gekunsteld over, onder andere omdat men in het Nederlands niet graag een passieve vorm gebruikt, wat nodig is bij deze constructie. De N.c.I. komt tot stand met een onderwerp (nominativus), een persoonsvorm en een infinitieve werkwoordsvorm (infinitivus, bijvoorbeeld: (te) hebben, (te) slaan). De N.c.I. drukt, net als de A.c.I. een subjectieve mededeling uit.
