Naval Air Station Oceana
Naval Air Station Oceana or NAS Oceana is a military airport located in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and is a United States Navy Master Jet Base (a base that offers 24 hour service and fuel). It is also known as Apollo Soucek Field, named after Lieutenant (later Admiral) of the same name who was a Navy Test Pilot and world record altitude holder in 1930 (he flew a Wright bi-plane to 43,166 feet).
