Morwenna Banks

Morwenna Banks (born 1964) is a British actor and comedian. Banks is best known in the UK as a cast member of the British Channel 4 comedy series Absolutely, where her best-known character was a schoolgirl who sat on the edge of a scaled up desk to give the effect of making her look small.She achieved international fame by appearing as The Keeper Of The Rules (who resides in Limbo) in several episodes of the TV series Sabrina, the Teenage Witch. She played the character of Tess in the BBC comedy series Catterick in 2004 alongside Vic Reeves and Bob Mortimer.
