Mud (Persian: مود, also Romanized as Mūd and Mood; also known as Mood Nahar Khan and Mūd-e Dahanāb) is a city in and the capital of Mud District, in Sarbisheh County, South Khorasan Province, Iran. Formerly up to the division of the Province from Khorasan it was a borough of today South Khorasan's provincial capital Birjand. At the 2006 census, its population was 2,451, in 695 families.

Mood, (ausgesprochen: „mu:d“, , auch Moud oder Mud geschrieben) ist eine der 20 Städte der iranischen Provinz Süd-Chorasan (ehemals Subprovinz Birdschand) mit seinen 636.420 Einwohner (Stand: Oktober 2006), einer Landfläche von 88.404 km² (März 2004) und einer Einwohnerdichte von 7 Einwohnern je km². Mit Mood verbindet man auch den gleichnamigen Verwaltungsbezirk und eines seiner Dörfer im sehr weitläufigen Umland bis zur Bundesstraße 13/A78. Ferezmorgh ist eine Unterteilung der Stadt Mood.
