The Mishnah or Mishna (Hebrew: , "repetition", from the verb shanah , or "to study and review", also "secondary" (derived from the adj. )) is the first major written redaction of the Jewish oral traditions called the "Oral Torah". It is also the first major work of Rabbinic Judaism.

Miszna (hebr. משנה szana "powtarzanie, badanie"), jeden z podstawowych tekstów rabinicznych, zawierający głównie rozstrzygnięcia halachiczne, czyli prawne normy postępowania oparte na Torze i z niej wyinterpretowane. Były ono systematycznie zbierane przez uczonych żydowskich, zwanych soferim. Ostateczną postać pisaną nadał jej po powstaniu Bar Kochby około roku 200 Juda ha-Nasi. Uważana jest za pierwsze dzieło judaizmu rabinicznego.
