Microsoft Outlook or Outlook (full name Microsoft Office Outlook since Outlook 2003) is a personal information manager from Microsoft, and is part of the Microsoft Office suite.Although often used mainly as an e-mail application, it also provides a calendar, task and contact management, note taking, a journal and web browsing.It can be used as a stand-alone application, but can also operate in conjunction with Microsoft Exchange Server to provide enhanced functions for multiple users in an organization, such as shared mailboxes and calendars, public folders and meeting time allocation.

Outlook (OL) [] (für Windows) und Entourage (für Mac OS) sind verbreitete Personal Information Manager der Firma Microsoft. Die Windows-Version heißt Outlook, die Macintosh-Version dagegen seit 2001 Entourage. Vom Funktionsumfang her sind beide Produkte ähnlich.Outlook ist primär der Client zum Exchange Server und erschien 1997 im Zusammenhang mit Microsoft Office 97, wo es den "Exchange Client", der bis Exchange Server 5.0 noch ausgeliefert wurde, sowie Schedule+ vereinte und ersetzte. Durch die starke Integration in Microsoft Office kann Outlook auch als Teil des Office-Pakets von Microsoft angesehen werden und wird auch als PIM mit diesem zusammen verkauft.
