Metin Aktas

Metin Aktaş (born August 1, 1977 in Akçaabat, Turkey) is a Turkish football player. He currently plays goalkeeper for Diyarbakirspor in the Türk Telekom League A.Metin has been a part of national football in Turkey since 1994. His first cap with Turkey came in an U-17 match against Albania on August 4, 1994, 3 days after his seventeenth birthday. His first cap for the senior team came on August 15, 2001 in a match against Norway. Metin came on as a sub for Rustu Recber in the 67th minute.
