Mel Blanc
Melvin Jerome "Mel" Blanc (May 30, 1908 – July 10, 1989) was an American voice actor and comedian. Although he began his nearly six-decade-long career performing in radio commercials, Blanc is best remembered for his work with Warner Bros. during the "Golden Age of American animation" as the voice of Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Porky Pig, Tweety Bird, Sylvester the Cat, Yosemite Sam, Foghorn Leghorn, Marvin the Martian, Pepé Le Pew, Speedy Gonzales, the Tasmanian Devil, and many of the other characters from the Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies theatrical cartoons. He later worked for Hanna-Barbera's television cartoons, most notably as the voice of Barney Rubble in The Flintstones and Mr. Spacely in The Jetsons. Having earned the nickname “The Man of a Thousand Voices,” Blanc is regarded as one of the most influential people in the voice-acting industry.

Melvin Jerome Blanc (* 30. Mai 1908 in San Francisco, USA; † 10. Juli 1989 in Los Angeles, USA) war ein berühmter US-amerikanischer Hörspiel- und Synchronsprecher sowohl in Radioprogrammen als auch in vielen Zeichentrickfilmen, überwiegend für Filme von Warner Bros. und Hanna-Barbera.

Melvin Jerome Blanc, Mel Blanc (ur. 30 maja 1908 w San Francisco, zm. 10 lipca 1989 w Los Angeles), aktor amerykański, znany jako głos bohaterów filmów animowanych wytwórni Warner Bros.
Udzielał głosu popularnym bohaterom kreskówek, m.in. Królikowi Bugsowi, Kaczorowi Daffy'emu, Śwince Porky, ptaszkowi Tweety, kotowi Sylwestrowi i wielu innym; nazywany "Człowiekiem o 1000 głosach". Mimo że nikt właściwie nie wiedział jak wygląda, kilka pokoleń dzieci natychmiast rozpoznawało jego głos - począwszy od złotej ery Zwariowanych Melodii (Merrie Melodies) wytwórni Warner Bros. Do najsłynniejszych "kreskówkowych" kwestii na świecie można zaliczyć wykonywane przez Blanca Eh, what's up, Doc? Królika Bugsa, I tawt I taw a putty cat Tweety'ego, Beep, beep Strusia Pędziwiatra, Thufferin' thuccotash Sylwestra, charakterystyczny śmiech Woody Woodpeckera Hee, hee, heh, ho.
