Mandalay International Airport
Mandalay International Airport (; ), located 35 km south of Mandalay in Tada-U, is one of only two international airports in all of Myanmar. Completed in 1999 at a cost of 150 million USD, the airport is the largest and most modern airport in Myanmar. It boasts a 14,000 foot (4267 m) runway and can handle up to 3 million passengers a year.
