Meal, Ready-to-Eat
The Meal, Ready-to-Eat – commonly known as the MRE – is a self-contained, individual field ration in lightweight packaging bought by the United States military for its service members for use in combat or other field conditions where organized food facilities are not available. The MRE replaced the canned MCI or Meal, Combat, Individual rations in 1981 and is the intended successor to the lighter LRP ration developed by the United States Army for Special Forces and Ranger patrol units in Vietnam.

Einmannpackung
Jede Armee versorgt ihre Soldaten mit kleinen Verpflegungspaketen, die einem Soldaten für mindestens einen Tag genügen sollen, falls keine reguläre Verpflegung durch eine Feldküche oder Kantine möglich ist. Bei der Bundeswehr heißen diese Einmannpackung oder kurz EPa. Es handelt sich um sofort verzehrbare Nahrung, ähnlich einem handelsüblichen Fertiggericht, die außer dem Erwärmen nicht extra aufbearbeitet werden muss und auch kalt gegessen werden kann.

Ministério das Relações Exteriores (Brasil)
O Ministério das Relações Exteriores do Brasil (MRE), também conhecido como Itamaraty, é um órgão do Poder Executivo, responsável pelo assessoramento do Presidente da República na formulação, desempenho e acompanhamento das relações do Brasil com outros países e organismos internacionais.
A atuação do Itamaraty cobre as vertentes política, comercial, econômica, financeira, cultural e consular das relações externas, áreas nas quais exerce as tarefas clássicas da diplomacia: representar, informar e negociar.
Sua sede atual é o Palácio dos Arcos, localizado em Brasília, mais conhecido como "Palácio Itamaraty", um edifício modernista de autoria de Oscar Niemeyer. O nome Itamaraty vem de sua antiga sede na ex-capital da República, um refinado casarão neoclássico, originalmente pertencente ao conde de Itamaraty. "Ita", em guarani, quer dizer pedra, e "maraty", de cor rosa. Por meio de um processo de metonímia, com o tempo, o termo Itamaraty passou a designar o órgão abrigado no edifício de mesmo nome.
