Metal Urbain
Metal Urbain war eine französische Punkband aus Paris, die 1977 von Clode Panik (Voc.), Eric Débris (Synth., E-Drums), Herman Schwartz (Git.) und Nancy Luger (Git.) gegründet wurde. Von 1978 an nannte sich die Band auch Metal Boys, wobei sie zeitgleich Werke unter beiden Namen veröffentlichte.

Métal Urbain est l'un des premiers groupes punk français, très influencé d'une part par les Stooges et les Pistols, et d'autre part par une approche minimal synth apparentée au groupe américain Suicide.
