Lide

Saint Lide, also known as Elid or Elidius, was a supposed bishop who lived on the island of St Helen's in the Isles of Scilly.The name of the Island of St Helen's is supposed to be a corruption of Lide's name. His feast day is on 8 August and is celebrated on Scilly by the local churches holding a service on St Helen's on a mid-August Sunday.According to Rev. T.F. Thiselton-Dyer's 1876 British Popular Customs, the first Friday in March is so called from Lide, Anglo-Saxon for March. This day is marked by seriocomic custom of sending a young lad on the highest mound or hillock of the work, and allowing him to sleep there as long as he can, the length of his siesta being the measure of the afternoon nap for the tinners throughout the ensuing twelve months.

Lide, na concepção mais clássica (Carnelutti), corresponde a um conflito de interesses qualificado por uma pretensão resistida. Trata-se do núcleo essencial de um processo judicial civil, o qual visa, em última instância resolver a Lide (conflito) apresentada perante o juízo.É um erro comum entre os estudantes de Direito iniciantes confundir Lide e "Facultas agendi" (direito subjetivo). Todavia, não há como persistir tal erro. O primeiro termo corresponde ao núcleo do processo civil, enquanto o Direito Subjetivo existe como um conjunto de prerrogativas reconhecidas pelo estado e que não necessariamente precisam ser exigidas perante um tribunal.

Clovek (Homo) je rod z celedi hominidi (Hominidae), k nemuž patrí clovek moudrý (Homo sapiens) a jeho blízcí vyhynulí príbuzní. Odhaduje se, že rod je asi 2,3 milionu let starý. Vznik rodu Homo se datuje do stejné doby, kdy se také objevují první kamenné nástroje a tedy v dobe, kdy zacíná nejstarší paleolit.
