LEVEL 4
level 4 or level IV
as applied to a videodisc system, one that supports interactivity but gets its data program from information encoded in video portion of the signal from the videodisc rather than from an audio track or computer connection
Level 4
The same as Level 3 but individual blocks can be transferred. When data is written it is necessary to read the old data and parity blocks before writing the new data as well as the updated parity block, which reduces performance.
