Lauch (Allium ampeloprasum Lauch-Gruppe, Syn. Allium porrum), auch Porree, Breitlauch, Winterlauch, Borree, Welschzwiebel, Gemeiner Lauch, Spanischer Lauch, Aschlauch, Fleischlauch genannt, ist eine Sortengruppe des aus dem Mittelmeerraum stammenden Ackerlauchs (Allium ampeloprasum).
