The lagomorphs are the members of the taxonomic order Lagomorpha, of which there are two living families, the Leporidae (hares and rabbits), and the Ochotonidae (pikas). The name of the order is derived from the Greek lagos (λαγος, "hare") and morphē (μορφή, "form").

Die Hasenartigen (Lagomorpha) sind eine zur Überordnung der Euarchontoglires gezählte Ordnung der höheren Säugetiere. Die Ordnung besteht aus zwei Familien (Pfeifhasen (Ochotonidae) und Hasen (Leporidae)) mit zusammen 70 bis 80 Arten. Die Hasenartigen werden vor allem aufgrund verschiedener Merkmale des Schädelaufbaus, der Bezahnung und des Baus der Hinterbeine zusammengefasst und den Nagetieren (Rodentia) gegenübergestellt.
