La Silla Observatory is an astronomical observatory in Chile with three telescopes built and operated by the European Southern Observatory (ESO). Several telescopes are located at the site and are partly maintained by ESO. The observatory is one of the largest in the Southern Hemisphere and was the first in Chile to be used by ESO.

Das La-Silla-Observatorium auf dem 2.400 m hohen Berg La Silla war das erste Observatorium der Europäischen Südsternwarte (ESO) in Chile, zu dem inzwischen ein weiteres Observatorium auf dem Cerro Paranal hinzugekommen ist.

La Sillaobservatoriet är ett observatorium med 18 teleskop som tillhör European Southern Observatory. Observatoriet ligger i Atacamaöknen, Chile, ungefär 160 kilometer från La Serena.

Obserwatorium La Silla jest obserwatorium astronomicznym położonym w chilijskich Andach na południowym krańcu pustyni Atakama na wysokości 2400 m n.p.m.. Znajduje się tu dziewięć teleskopów zbudowanych przez Europejskie Obserwatorium Południowe (ang. European Southern Observatory - ESO), a kilka innych jest przez tą instytucję obsługiwanych. Jest to jedno z największych obserwatoriów na południowej półkuli i pierwsze obserwatorium w Chile zbudowane przez ESO.
