Ly
ly
.ly is also the file name extension of the
lilypond format. .ly is the
Internet country code top-level domain (
ccTLD) for
Libya. It was apparently at one point open for registrations globally, directly at the second level, and there is a scattering of sites in it, some taking advantage of meanings of "ly" in various languages and place names as a suffix, as in
ita.ly. These are known as
domain hacks. There are not very many sites actually in Libya that use this domain.

Adverb
An adverb is a
part of speech. It is any word that modifies any other part of language:
verbs,
adjectives (including numbers),
clauses,
sentences and other adverbs, except for
nouns; modifiers of nouns are primarily
determiners and
adjectives.Adverbs typically answer such questions as how?, when?, where?, to what extent?, in what kind? or how often? This function is called the
adverbial function, and is realized not just by single words (i.e., adverbs) but by
adverbial phrases and
adverbial clauses. Adverbs also describe adjectives, verbs, and other adverbs.
