The Luxembourg Socialist Workers' Party (Luxembourgish: Lëtzebuerger Sozialistesch Arbechterpartei, French: Parti Ouvrier Socialiste Luxembourgeois, German: Luxemburger Sozialistische Arbeiterpartei), abbreviated to LSAP or POSL, is a social democrat political party in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.The LSAP is currently the second-largest party in the Chamber of Deputies, having won 14 of 60 seats at the 2004 election. It is the junior partner in the governing grand coalition with the Christian Social People's Party. The party's President is Alex Bodry, a member of the Chamber of Deputies and the Mayor of Dudelange. However, the leading LSAP member in the government is Jean Asselborn, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs.
