Der Lóis (auch Loes) ist mit 80 km der längste Fluss  Osttimors. Neben dem Nördlichen Lacló ist er einer der wenigen Flüße, die im Nordteil der Insel ganzjährig Wasser führen, da sie aus dem Süden gespeist werden. In seinem oberen Lauf wird der Fluss auch Bancama, in seinem mittleren Lauf Taibu und Bêba genannt.
