Dezember 1984 in Luanda, Angola), bekannt als Locô, ist ein angolanischer Fußballspieler.Locô steht seit 2005 als Profi-Fußballer bei Primeiro de Agosto unter Vertrag. Mit seinem Team konnte er sich erstmals für die Fußball-Weltmeisterschaft 2006 in Deutschland qualifizieren. Dies bedeutet den größten Erfolg in der Sportgeschichte des afrikanischen Landes.
