LIGA

LIGA, a German acronym for (X-ray) lithography (Lithographie), Electroplating (Galvanoformung), and Molding (Abformung), is a process in microtechnology that was developed in the early 1980s by a team under the leadership of Erwin Willy Becker and Wolfgang Ehrfeld at the Institute for Nuclear Process Engineering (Institut für Kernverfahrenstechnik IKVT) at the Karlsruhe Nuclear Research Center . LIGA was one of the first major techniques to allow on-demand manufacturing of high-aspect-ratio structures (structures that are much taller than wide) with lateral precision below one micrometre. This capability is important in the fabrication of MEMS devices. Because of the high collimation of X-rays needed, the source must be synchrotron light.

Das deutsche Akronym LIGA oder LiGA (steht für die Verfahrensschritte Lithographie, Galvanik und Abformung) bezeichnet ein Verfahren welches auf einer Kombination von Tiefenlithographie, Galvanik und Mikroabformung basiert. Das LIGA-Verfahren wurde Anfang der 80er Jahre am damaligen Kernforschungszentrum Karlsruhe (heutiges Forschungszentrum Karlsruhe [1]) von einem Team unter Leitung von Erwin Willy Becker und Wolfgang Ehrfeld im Rahmen der Entwicklung des Trenndüsenverfahrens zur Urananreicherung entwickelt, um extrem kleine Trenndüsen herstellen zu können. Das Verfahren ermöglicht die Herstellung von Mikrostrukturen mit kleinsten Abmessungen bis zu 0,2 µm, Strukturhöhen bis 3 mm, und Aspektverhältnissen bis 50 (für Detailstrukturen bis 500) aus den Materialien Kunststoff, Metall oder Keramik. . LIGA wird im Bereich der Mikrosystemtechnik, nicht zuletzt der Mikrooptik, angewandt, und zwar insbesondere dann, wenn Strukturen mit sehr hohen Aspektverhältnissen zu erzeugen sind.

Die Primera División (spanisch für Erste Liga) ist die höchste spanische Fußballliga. Il campionato di calcio spagnolo o Liga de Fútbol Professional (acronimo LFP) è il campionato professionistico di calcio in Spagna. Suddiviso in varie categorie, è posto sotto l'egida della Real Federación Española de Fútbol. Comprende la Liga o Primera División (il cui vincitore conquista il titolo di campione di Spagna) e altre divisioni minori, tra cui la Segunda División.

La Primera División, nota anche come La Liga, è la massima serie calcistica spagnola, che si colloca al vertice del sistema del campionato di calcio spagnolo.Si tratta di un campionato attualmente formato da 20 squadre che si affrontano in un girone di andata e ritorno per un totale di 38 gare per squadra.Le prime quattro squadre accedono alla Champions League: le prime due direttamente alla fase a girone, la terza e la quarta agli spareggi preliminari. La quinta e la sesta classificata, insieme alla vincitrice della Copa del Rey, accedono invece alla Coppa UEFA. Se la vincitrice della Coppa nazionale si piazza entro il 6° posto, alla Coppa UEFA accede la 7° in classifica. Tutte le squadre hanno poi diritto a richiedere un posto nella UEFA Intertoto Cup: ha accesso la prima in lista che non ha usufruito di un posto nelle altre due competizioni europee. Le ultime tre classificate retrocedono in Segunda División.
