Arrende, nyttjanderätt till jord mot ersättning till jordägaren. Arrende hör till de begränsade sakrätter i fast egendom som jordabalken erkänner. Andra sakrätter är hyra, tomträtt och servitut. Arrende räknas som helnyttjanderätt och innebär en exklusiv rätt till marken.
