Kalabo

Kalabo is a town in western Zambia, lying on the Luanginga River at the entrance to the Liuwa Plain National Park. It has a small harbour, a pontoon and a dry season ford over the river.Kalobo is situated in Western Province, which was previously known as Barotseland, formerly a British protectorate.
