Kai yat sai (or Khai yat sai, ) is a type of Thai omelette, which literally means "stuffed eggs". The egg is cooked thinly, topped with various ingredients (such as minced beef or pork, peas, onion, spring onion, carrots, tomatoes, seasoned (Fish Sauce and,or Oyster sauce), then folded over.Here is a recipe for Kai yat sai or "stuffed eggs" for 2 - 3 persons5 eggs, 2 tbsp of fish sauce, 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 onion and spring onion (finely chopped), 2 tomatoes (peeled and roughly chopped), 200 g minced pork, 1/2 tsp of pepper, 1 tsp of sugar, vegetable oil (Sunflower Oil , Soy Oil, etc.),
