Die Kafa, auch Manjo oder Kefitsho genannt, sind ein Volksstamm in der Region Kaffa im Südwesten Äthiopiens, der zu den Oromo gehört. Ihre Gesamtzahl beträgt 500.000 und macht rund 1% der Bevölkerung Äthiopiens aus. Sie sind überwiegend Anhänger traditioneller afrikanischer Religionen und Muslime, etwa 25% der Kafa sind Christen. Ihre Sprache ist das Kafa, das zu den Kuschitischen Sprachen innerhalb der Afro-Asiatischen Sprachfamilie gehört. Die Dialekte der Kafa sind das Caffa und das Bosha (auch Garo genannt).
