Deportivo La Coruña player who figured as a key starting midfielder during Yugoslavia’s Euro 2000 qualifying campaign. Played the entirety of seven of their eight qualifying matches, missing only the Yugoslav’s 2-1 defeat in Dublin. Brings experience from France ’98 of tournament play to the team. Originally played for FK Vojvodina and FK Partizan and then moved to Spain to play firstly with Real Oviedo and subsequently CD Tenerife before joining Deportivo.
