It Ain't Half Hot Mum is a British sitcom about the adventures of a Royal Artillery Concert Party, broadcast on the BBC between 1974 and 1981, and written by Jimmy Perry and David Croft, the creators of Dad's Army. It is set in British India and Burma, towards the end of the Second World War, in a similar scenario to that of the Peter Nichols play and film Privates on Parade.

In Nederland werd de titel vanaf 12 juni 1976 uitgezonden onder de naam Oh moeder wat is het heet. De serie bestaat uit 56 afleveringen, verdeeld over 8 seizoenen en werd geschreven door de Britse scriptschrijvers David Croft en Jimmy Perry. De afleveringen werden afwisselend geregisseerd door John Kilby, Phil Bishop en Bob Spiers.
