InuYasha

, full title (also romanized as Inuyasha), is a popular Japanese manga series that was later adapted into an anime series. Written and illustrated by Japanese manga artist Rumiko Takahashi, the story centers around a time-traveling middle school student, a half-demon, a lecherous monk, a young fox demon, a demon slayer, and a nekomata during the Sengoku period who seek to restore the Jewel of Four Souls (Shikon no Tama) and to keep it out of the hands of the evil Naraku. This series also displays the hardships and chaos in that Japanese era.

est un manga de Rumiko Takahashi, publié au Japon par Shogakukan et en France aux éditions Kana. La publication au Japon a débuté en 1996 et se terminera avec le 56 tome. La prépublication dans le magazine Shonen Sunday s’est achevée, elle, en juin 2008. 34 volumes ont été traduits en français.

Inu Yasha (jap. 戦国御伽草子「犬夜叉」sengoku o-togi zōshi „inu yasha“, Die mittelalterliche Geschichte „Inu Yasha“) ist eine international erfolgreiche Manga-Serie der japanischen Zeichnerin Rumiko Takahashi, die auch als Anime umgesetzt wurde. Die Handlung von Inu Yasha spielt vorrangig im Japan der Sengoku-Zeit (15. und 16. Jahrhundert). Viele der Charaktere sind Yōkai, Oni oder andere Wesen aus der japanischen Mythologie. Der Hauptcharakter Inu Yasha sowie einige weitere basieren auf den Inugami. Yōkai sind mächtige übernatürliche Wesen, die auch in menschenähnlicher Gestalt auftreten. Im Gegensatz zum westlichen Dämon sind sie aber keineswegs ausschließlich böse. Die Handlung dreht sich vorrangig um den Kampf der Hauptcharaktere gegen einen Dämon namens Naraku. Außerdem geht es um die Dreiecksbeziehungen zwischen Inu Yasha, Kagome und Kikyō.

InuYasha (jap. 犬夜叉) – popularna japońska manga i anime stworzone przez Rumiko Takahashi. Jest to historyczno-komediowo-fantastyczna opowieść o nastoletniej Kagome Higurashi, która może cofać się w czasie przez tajemniczą studnię, pół-demonie InuYashy oraz ich kompanach: Miroku (rozpustny i dla niektórych zboczony mnich), Sango (zabójczyni demonów) i Shippo (osierocony lisi demon). Cała grupa podróżuje razem szukając fragmentów Klejnotu Czterech Dusz (jap. Shikon no Tama), który został rozbity na mnóstwo części.

è il titolo di un manga scritto e disegnato da Rumiko Takahashi, pubblicato sul settimanale giapponese Weekly Shonen Sunday dal 1996. Ne è stata tratta una serie animata creata dallo studio Sunrise, trasmessa in Giappone dal 2000 al 2004, e in seguito quattro lungometraggi d'animazione.Il manga è apparso in Italia nel febbraio 2001 sul mensile Neverland (Star Comics), mentre MTV Italia ha trasmesso nel 2007 l'ultima stagione della serie animata che si è conclusa con l'episodio 167 il 27 Novembre.
