The European-South American Cup, commonly referred to in South America as the World Club Championship, Intercontinental Cup or (after 1980) Toyota Cup, was a football competition endorsed by UEFA and CONMEBOL, contested between the winners of the European Cup and the South American Copa Libertadores. The cup trophy bears the words "Coupe Européenne-Sudamericaine" (European-South American Cup) at the top. At the base of the trophy, there is a drawing of two maps, one from Europe, another from South America.

Der Weltpokal (spanisch Copa Intercontinental oder Copa Europea-Sudamericana, englisch Intercontinental Cup) war ein interkontinentaler Fußballwettbewerb, der zwischen 1960 und 2004 jährlich zwischen dem Gewinner der europäischen Champions League (bis 1992 Europapokal der Landesmeister) und dem Gewinner der südamerikanischen Copa Libertadores ausgespielt wurde. Ab 1980 wurde er von der Firma Toyota gesponsert und trug daher auch den Namen Toyota Cup.

La Coupe intercontinentale (ou Toyota Cup) était une compétition annuelle de football organisée par l'UEFA et la CONMEBOL qui opposait les vainqueurs de la Ligue des Champions et de la Copa Libertadores, ces deux tournois étant les compétitions majeures des continents respectifs. Elle s'est déroulé entre 1960 et 2004 avant d'être remplacée par la Coupe du monde des clubs de la FIFA.

Interkontinentala cupen, Interkontinentalcupen eller Toyota Cup var åren 1960-2004 en fotbollscup som spelades mellan Europas och Sydamerikas bästa klubbar. Finallagen var vinnarna av UEFA Champions League (Europacupen fram till 1992) och den sydamerikanska Copa Libertadores.

Puchar Interkontynentalny (znany również pod nazwą Toyota Cup)- mecz piłkarski, w którym corocznie spotykali się ze sobą zwycięzcy europejskiej Ligi Mistrzów i południowoamerykańskiego Copa Libertadores. Do 1968 roku zwycięzcą była drużyna, która w dwóch meczach uzyskała więcej punktów. Jeśli rywalizacja po dwóch spotkaniach była nierozstrzygnięta rozgrywano trzeci mecz. W latach 1969-1979 odbywał się dwumecz i wygrywała drużyna, która zdobędzie w nim więcej goli. Od 1980 roku rozgrywano jeden mecz. Najpierw (do 2000) był on rozgrywany w Tokio, a w następnych latach w Jokohamie. Od 2005 roku Puchar Interkontynentalny został zastąpiony Klubowymi Mistrzostwami Świata.
