Inga

Inga's leaves are pinnate, and flowers aregenerally white. Many of the hundreds of species are used ornamentally. Several other plants have been placed into this genus at one time, for example Yopo (Cohoba, Mopo, Nopo or Parica), Anadenanthera peregrina (as Inga niopo)

Ingá is one of the 48 administrative districts in which the city of Niterói, Rio de Janeiro in Brazil is divided. It lies in the southern zone of the city, in coast of the Guanabara Bay.
