INDIGO, or IndIGO (INDian Interferometric Gravitational-wave Observatory) is the name colloquially used in the gravitational wave astronomical community for a proposed, large-scale gravitational wave detector in the country of India.

IndiGo is a private, low-cost airline based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. Since commencing operations in August 2006, it has established itself as one of India's leading airlines using its model of efficient, low-cost operations and by attracting customers with low fares. IndiGo has the second largest share in India's domestic air travel market, only behind Jet Airways and as of March 2012 it is the only airline in India making profit. IndiGo has grown faster than any other low cost carrier in the world.

Indigo is a color named after the blue dye derived from the plant Indigofera tinctoria and related species. The color is placed on the electromagnetic spectrum between about 420 and 450 nm in wavelength, placing it between blue and violet. Although traditionally considered one of seven colors of the rainbow or the optical spectrum, modern color scientists do not usually recognize indigo as a separate division and generally classify wavelengths shorter than about 450 nm as violet. Optical scientists Hardy and Perrin list indigo as between 446 and 464 nm wavelength.

Índigo is the third studio album by the Portuguese pop singer Susana Félix.It was recorded in 2006 and released in that same year. The lead single of the album was "Flutuo", followed by "Concilios", "Lua Na Ponte", "Sou Eu" and "Fintar a Pulsação".

Indigo (v. span., lat., griech.: indikón das Indische, nach der Heimat Ostindien) ist ein tiefblauer Farbstoff und namensgebend für seinen Farbton Indigo. Am ehesten lässt er sich als der letzte erkennbare Blauton, bevor es in ein bläuliches Violett übergeht, umschreiben. Indigo ist im Colour Index als C.I. Pigment Blue 66 und C.I. 73000 geführt.

Indigo ist der Farbton von Licht dessen Emissionsmaximum zwischen 425 nm und 450 nm liegt. Licht mit diesem Farbreiz kann auch als Körperfarbe remittiert sein. Es entspricht einem tiefen Blauton zwischen der Grundfarbe Blau und der Mischfarbe Violett.

Indigo är en blå färg med dragning åt violett, som har fått sitt namn från växten indigo. I denna växt återfinns ett färgämne som används för att färga bland annat textilier i olika blå toner. Jeans färgades ursprungligen med indigo. Webbfärgen indigo är något mer violett än den färg som vanligen blir resultatet av färgning med indigopigment.
