Immunoglobulin G (IgG) is a multimeric immunoglobulin, built of two heavy chains γ and two light chains. Each complex has two antigen binding sites. This is the most abundant immunoglobulin and is approximately equally distributed in blood and in tissue liquids, constituting 75% of serum immunoglobulins in humans.

IGG (Internet Gaming Gate) is an online game operator in North America run by the company of Skyunion Co., Ltd. Currently, IGG's business is primarily focused on operating free MMORPGs which would allow thousands of players to concurrently log on to network servers to "role-play" characters in a virtual world. IGG has commercially launched Myth War Online in North America, and the second game, Voyage Century Online, was released on December 22, 2006. A third game, Tales of Pirates (TOP) was released in closed beta on March 15, 2007, and is now released in Open Beta, as of March 30. IGG is deveoping two more games: GodsWar Online in December 2007 and Zu Online in August of 2007.

Immunglobulin G (IgG) oder Gammaglobulin ist ein Glykoprotein, das von B-Lymphozyten bzw. Plasmazellen nach Kontakt mit einem Antigen produziert wird. IgGs sind die Antikörper (Immunglobuline) der Klasse G, die vor allem gegen Bakterien wirken. Die Bildung von Immunglobulinen ist der Teil der humoralen Immunabwehr, also der nicht-zellgebundenen Immunabwehr durch lösliche Stoffe.

Immunoglobuliny G są prawdopodobnie najistotniejszymi przeciwciałami biorącymi udział w odpowiedzi wtórnej. Charakteryzuje je obecność łańcucha ciężkiego &gamma opisanego następującym wzorem domenowym (patrz:przeciwciała): VH + CH1 + region zawiasowy + CH2 + CH3, przy czym, ze względu na fakt, iż łańcuch ten występuje w czterech odmianach izotypowych, w obrębie klasy IgG można wyróżnić cztery podklasy:IgG1, wiążące zarówno białko A gronkowca złocistego (Staphylococcus aureus) oraz białko G paciorkowca, pojawiają się jako pierwsze w odpowiedzi odpornościowej i najsilniej aktywują dopełniacz;IgG2, wiążą te same białka co wyżej;IgG3, wiążące jedynie białko G paciorkowca, mają najdłuższy region zawiasowy i najsilniej wiążą dopełniacz, choć aktywują go słabiej niż IgG1;IgG4, wiążą zarówno białko A gronkowca, jak i białko G paciorkowca, dominują w późniejszych fazach odpowiedzi odpornościowej. W odróżnieniu od pozostałych podklas nie aktywują kaskady dopełniacza

Le IgG sono immunoglobuline di classe G. Le gammaglobuline, costituiscono il 70/75 per cento delle immunoglobine presenti nel sangue.Generalmente si effettua un test per vedere se si è stati infettati o si è attualmente infetti da un determinato virus tramite chemiluminescenza. La presenza di IgG indica che l'organismo è venuto a contatto con il virus, in un'infezione pregressa o asintomatica, mentre se sono presenti le IgM l'infezione è in atto in fase acuta.

Immunoglobulines (afgekort Ig) of antistoffen zijn eiwitten die door de mens en andere gewervelde dieren worden geproduceerd als antwoord op het binnendringen van het lichaam van een lichaamsvreemde stof of lichaamsvreemde cellen, antigenen. Ze vormen daarmee een belangrijk onderdeel van het humorale immuunsysteem. Immunoglobulines komen in het bloed en in de extracellulaire vloeistof in weefsels voor. Immunoglobulinen behoren tot de globulinefractie van het bloed.
