Ebenda (Abkürzung ebd., auch ebda.) ist ein in wissenschaftlichen Arbeiten oftmals verwendeter Ausdruck, der als Hinweis beim Zitieren in der Quellenangabe/Literaturangabe verwendet wird (dort gleichbedeutend auch ibidem, ibid., ibd.), wenn ein Titel auf einer Seite mehrmals zitiert wird. Des Weiteren wird er auch bei Lebensdaten in Biografien verwendet, z.B. † ebenda (= wie vorgenannt).

Si pronuncia "ibìdem", con l'accento (nella lettura) sul secondo -i-.Se, in una serie continua di citazioni di un lavoro a stampa, ricorre la stessa opera e la stessa pagina citata precedentemente, si usa appropriatamente la dizione latina ibidem, formata da ibi ("lì, ivi") e idem ("stesso, medesimo"). Per questo motivo ibidem significa “nella stessa opera (sopra citata), e alla stessa pagina”.
