Holy Communion
Christian ceremony commemorating the last supper of Jesus and his disciples
Eucharist
The Eucharist (also known as Holy Communion, the Lord's Supper, among other names) is a
rite or act of
worship that most
Christians perform in order to fulfill the instruction that they believe
Jesus gave his disciples, at his
last meal with them before being turned over to his executioners, to do "in remembrance of him" certain actions that he did at that meal.

Holy Communion
To dream that you are taking part in the Holy Communion, warns you that you will resign your independent opinions to gain some frivolous desire.
If you dream that there is neither bread nor wine for the supper, you will find that you have suffered your ideas to be proselytized in vain, as you are no nearer your goal.
If you are refused the right of communion and feel worthy, there is hope for your obtaining some prominent position which has appeared extremely doubtful, as your opponents are popular and powerful. If you feel unworthy, you will meet with much discomfort.
To dream that you are in a body of Baptists who are taking communion, denotes that you will find that your friends are growing uncongenial, and you will look to strangers for harmony.

Holy Communion
Known as Mass, the Eucharist, and the Lord's Supper, this ritual symbolizes the forgiveness of
sins . It is modeled after the "Last Supper" ceremony related in the gospels. It is a symbolic sacrifice in which Christ's body is present as the sacrifice which frees people from their sins through their
faith in
Jesus . Wine is blessed and drunk which symbolizes Jesus' blood, and bread is blessed and eaten which symbolizes Jesus' body. Communion is practiced regularly in most churches, from once a month in some Protestant Churches to every Mass in Catholic Churches.
