Hillel Slovak
Hillel Slovak ‏ (April 13, 1962 – June 25, 1988) was an Israeli-American musician best known as the original guitarist and founding member of the Los Angeles rock band Red Hot Chili Peppers. Prior to his death of a heroin overdose in 1988, Slovak recorded two albums with the band, Freaky Styley (1985) and The Uplift Mofo Party Plan (1987).

Hillel Slovak
Hillel Slovak, hebreiska הלל סלובק, född 13 april 1962 i Haifa, Israel, död 25 juni 1988 i Hollywood, USA, var en amerikansk gitarrist, mest känd som medlem i bandet Red Hot Chili Peppers 1983-1988 (dock med ett kortare avbrott). Han spelade även i bandet What Is This?.

Hillel Slovak
Hillel Slovak (ur. 13 kwietnia 1962, zm. 25 czerwca 1988) był pierwszym gitarzystą kalifornijskiego zespołu rockowo-funkowego Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Hillel urodził się w Hajfie w  Izraelu jako syn polskiej Żydówki i jugosłowiańskiego Żyda, a następnie przeprowadził się wraz z rodzicami do Kalifornii w 1967 roku. W Fairfax High School zaczął uczyć się grać na gitarze. To właśnie w szkole poznał  Anthony'ego Kiedisa i  Michaela Balzary (znanego również jako Flea), którego nauczył grać na gitarze basowej. Stworzyli oni zespół o nazwie "Tony Flow and the Miraculously Majestic Masters of Mayhem", który w 1983 przekształcił się w Red Hot Chili Peppers.
