High Church Lutheranism

High Church Lutheranism is the European name for the Lutheran movement which emphasises worship practices and doctrines that are similar to those found within both Roman Catholicism and the Anglo-Catholic wing of Anglicanism. In North America the term Evangelical Catholicism is used instead.
