Das französische Département Haute-Saône [] (amtlich Département de la Haute-Saône) wird in der alphabetischen Reihenfolge der Departements als Nr. 70 bezeichnet. Es liegt im Osten Frankreichs in der Region Franche-Comté. Sein Name leitet sich vom Fluss Saône ab.

Haute-Saône jest francuskim departamentem położonym w regionie Franche-Comté. Departament oznaczony jest liczbą 70.
Według danych na rok 1999 liczba zamieszkującej departament ludności wynosi 229 732 os. (43 os./km²); powierzchnia departamentu to 5 360 km².
Prezydentem departamentu jest Yves Krattinger.
