Harun al-Rashid
Hārūn al-Rashīd ( also spelled Harun ar-Rashid, Haroun al-Rashid or Haroon al Rasheed; English: Aaron the Upright, Aaron the Just, or Aaron the Rightly-Guided; March 17, 763 –  March 24, 809) was the fifth and most famous Abbasid Caliph.He ruled from 786 to 809, and his time was marked by scientific, cultural, and religious prosperity. Art and music also flourished significantly during his reign. He established a library Bayt al-Hikma.His life and the fabulous court over which he held sway have been the subject of many tales: some are factual but most are believed to be fictitious. The famous The Book of One Thousand and One Nights contained many stories that might have been inspired by Harun's magnificent court.

Haroun ar-Rachid
Hârûn al-Rachîd ben Muhammad ben al-Mansûr ou Hârûn ar-Rachîd est né en 766, à Ray, alors que son père al-Mahdî y séjournait. À la mort de son frère al-Hâdî en 786, il devint le cinquième calife abbasside. Il est mort à Tûs dans le Khorasan en 809 et y est enterré.

Harun ar-Raschid
Harun ar-Raschid (Harun der Rechtgeleitete), in Deutschland auch in der Schreibweise Harun al-Raschid oder einfach als „Aaron“ bekannt, , (* um 763 in Rayy?; † 809 in Tus in Persien, begraben in Maschhad) stammte aus dem Geschlecht der Abbasiden und war von 786 bis 809 Kalif. Der Name Harun ist die arabische Form von Aaron. Harun verbrachte seine Kindheit in der Stadt Balkh und wuchs dort unter der Obhut der mächtigen Dynastie der Barmakiden auf. An die Macht gelangte er 786, als er seinen Bruder Al-Hadi, der nur ein Jahr regiert hatte, vom Thron stieß und ermorden ließ.

Zdolny polityk i administrator, mecenas nauki i sztuki oraz bohater licznych opowieści "Księgi tysiąca i jednaj nocy".

Harun al-Rashid
Hārūn al-Rashīd (arabo هارون ال رشيد) è il nome e il laqab del quinto califfo della dinastia abbaside. Figlio di Muḥammad ibn ʿAbd Allāh, detto al-Mahdī, governò la Umma islamica tra il 786 e l'809 d.C.Il suo regno fu ricco di prosperità in vari campi, da quello culturale a quello scientifico a quello politico-istituzionale. La sua vita e la favolosa corte in cui dimorava sono state soggetto di molte storielle: alcune sono realmente accadute ma molte si crede siano inventate. La famosa Le mille e una notte contiene molte storie che potrebbero essere state ispirate dalla magnifica corte di Harun.
